REGISTRATION DEADLINE July 15, 2024

August 9th includes a Benefits Overview Session that will run from 2:45 – 4:00 pm and is hosted by OSU Human Resources

New Faculty Orientation is for newly hired tenure track faculty and full-time, non-tenure track faculty including research, clinical, teaching, professional practice, extension, adjunct, and visiting faculty. The purpose of the program is to acquaint new faculty members with Oklahoma State University and the programs and resources available to help new faculty support the land-grant mission. It is expected that new faculty members will attend both days of the New Faculty Orientation.

Department heads are invited to eat lunch with their new faculty on Thursday, August 8. So that we can have an accurate head count for the lunch order, please email ITLE at itleevents@okstate.edu if a department head will be present for lunch.

If you need to register more than one faculty member, please call 405.744.4356 to successfully register those individuals.
