Graduate Faculty Status Management (Appointment, Nomination, Renewal)

Nomination or Renewal requests must come from a Department Head with a graduate program in their unit. The individual seeking Graduate Faculty status may request an affiliation with such a unit. That Department Head may then nominate that individual for Graduate Faculty status or for renewal if the individual's Graduate Faculty status is up for review. Thank you!
